WebToolsHub does not require registration. When you use a tool, you may upload a file or enter text. These are processed in real time and not stored permanently.
2. File Storage and Automatic Deletion
Your privacy is our priority. All uploaded and converted files are processed in secure, temporary storage and are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers 11 minutes after processing. We do not access, read, or retain your files, ensuring your data remains completely private.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We may use anonymous analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how tools are used. We may serve ads via Google AdSense, which uses cookies to personalise ads. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google Ad Settings.
4. Third-Party Services
To provide our free tools, we use certain third-party services:
- Grammar Checker: Uses the LanguageTool API. Text is processed on their servers subject to their privacy policy.
- Currency Converter: Uses the Frankfurter API (based on European Central Bank data). No personal data is transmitted.
- Text-to-Speech: Uses the Google Text-to-Speech (gTTS) library to generate audio files.
- Internet Speed Test: Uses Speedtest.net infrastructure via the speedtest-cli library.

We implement standard security measures. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Please do not upload sensitive personal or confidential files.
